Carlos specializes in assessing customers’ internal Operational and Financial Management readiness and provides strategic advisory services on best practices and processes, together with the best-in-class Operational, Financial and Analytics technology.

Carlos has more than 18 years of extensive accounting, strategic financial management, technical, project management, and sales experience focusing in analytics and cognitive solution implementation and system integration. He has successfully supported clients cross-industry including Public and Private sectors. He is an effective leader focusing in customer excellence, by designing, implementing, and delivering best-in-class business and financial solutions.

Prior to founding FinLogic Solutions, he was at IBM, where he served as a Technical Sales Architect, assuming overall technical pre-sales leadership for designing solutions that leverage the capabilities of IBM’s Software portfolio and drove software sales revenue. He also spent many years at an IBM and Deltek Partner, where he established and managed a FP&A and Analytics consulting practice.

Carlos began his career in accounting then turned to financial analysis at Z-Tech Corporation and Holiday Inn Hotels holding various roles.

Carlos holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with focus in Accounting along with his Masters in Financial Management both from University Maryland University College.
